Jim EuDaly’s C & O Hinton Div - an O scale railroad modeling some favorite locations in the New River Sub. A
completed railroad, set in 1949, it features 100% scenery and a working CTC machine for the Dispatcher.
Kevin Leyerle’s Rock Island - based on the West Yard Job in Oklahoma City, this is a 10x10ft layout features local
industries and an Interchange Track, running around the room and keeping a Crew busy switching.
Kevin Leyerle’s OKT - this is a new 2 rail, O scale railroad being built in the basement, replacing the HO layout in the
same area. The HO was based on the MKT in central Oklahoma, where the MKT took over Rock Island trackage.
Gregg Laiben’s Missouri Illinois Genevieve sub - an O scale, Proto48 railroad models a MoPac sub that runs from a
Rail Ferry over the Missouri River to a busy yard, with a large white lime plant and several industries on the line.
Mike Porter’s C G W - this is a huge HO layout in a 35x75ft basement, modeling the Chicago Great Western Railway in
NW Iowa in the late 1960s. Features a 450ft main line, several yards, multiple towns, and is over 90% complete.

In May, we drove to Kansas to visit Mary’s family. I was able to arrange visits to five
model railroads in the K C area, in one day. Four O scale and one HO scale.
